Tender Notice: Vehicles for Sale – Submit Your Bids Now!

The International Education Agency (IEA) of Papua New Guinea is tendering 23 vehicles located at various sites across the country. These vehicles are available for inspection upon request.

We encourage all interested parties to inspect the vehicles before submitting their bids. Further details, including vehicle specifications and locations, can be provided upon request.

CONDITIONS OF TENDER

  • The above units are offered for sale by tender on “as is where is” basis
  • Tenders must be received no later than close of business 5:00pm on Friday 25th April, 2025
  • All bids must be clearly marked with “TENDER NUMBER”
  • An inspection by arrangement is recommended before tendering.
  • Tender bids will not be accepted on a “subject to inspection” basis.
  • No phone tender bids will be accepted or  allowed.
  • All tender bids must be email to tendersubmissions@iea.ac.pg. Tender Forms can be downloaded here.
  • The successful bidder must pay the full amount tendered within 5 business days from the date when the written acceptance is communicated by IEA PNG. 
  • Payment must be paid direct to the IEA PNG account number for successful bidders.
  • IEA PNG is not obliged to advise the outcome of the tender to all the bidders but to the successful bidders only. 
  • IEA PNG makes no warranty as to the condition and all units are purchased at the purchaser’s risk on an “as is where is” basis.
